These terms govern your use of this website — emoglow.ai. They are deliberately short because the website is deliberately small: a handful of pages, two contact forms, no accounts, no product yet.

When the emoglow product launches, a separate, more comprehensive set of terms will govern the use of the mobile app. Nothing here describes that product or those terms. This page only describes the website.

1. Who we are

emoglow.ai is operated by HRMVerse LLC, a private company headquartered in Fremont, California, USA. Legal questions: legal@emoglow.ai.

2. What you can do here

You can read, browse, and link to the public pages of this site. You can join the waitlist. You can send an investor inquiry. You can write to us at the email addresses listed on the about page. That is the full surface of this website while we are in stealth.

3. What you cannot do

• You cannot scrape, mirror, or republish the content of this site without permission, except that ordinary search-engine indexing (when we leave stealth) and short, attributed quotations are welcome.
• You cannot submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading, or attempt to use the contact forms to send spam or phishing.
• You cannot probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the infrastructure that runs this site, or use it to attack other systems.
• You cannot represent yourself as us. The names “emoglow,” “emoglow.ai,” and the rosette mark are trademarks of HRMVerse LLC.

4. The forms

When you submit the waitlist form or the investor inquiry form, you give us permission to contact you about emoglow.ai — nothing else. We do not sell your address. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter without asking. If you would like us to forget you, write to privacy@emoglow.ai; we handle these requests within 30 days.

5. Submitting an inquiry is not an offer

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the emoglow product. Sending an investor inquiry does not constitute an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest, or any pre-existing relationship. We respond to inquiries case by case at our discretion.

6. The site is provided “as is”

We make a real effort to keep the site online, accurate, and secure, but we provide it without warranty — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, HRMVerse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you and we consent to that venue. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law guarantees you a different forum or different consumer rights, those rights are not waived by this clause.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be surfaced on the home page and, where appropriate, emailed to people on the waitlist before they take effect.
