Support

We’re here to help.

Questions, feedback, or trouble with the app? Email us and a person replies, usually within one business day.

In the app you can also reach us via Settings → Send Feedback.

If someone is in danger right now

Contact your local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741. For postpartum support, call 1-800-944-4773 (Postpartum Support International). emoGlow is a support tool, not a crisis service, and Bloom will always point you to these lines when it detects risk.

Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → emoGlow. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You can also tap Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
What’s free, and what’s Pro?
emoGlow is free to download and start, including check-ins, the calendar, The Binder and Bloom with a daily allowance. Pro unlocks unlimited voice and text conversations with Bloom, unlimited bedtime stories and advanced tools. See pricing.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Or use the web request form. Deletion permanently removes your family’s data.
How is my family’s data protected?
Your check-ins and conversations with Bloom are private to you, and you control what each adult in your family can see for each child. We never sell data. Details are in the privacy policy; privacy questions go to privacy@emoglow.ai.
Is emoGlow a substitute for professional or medical advice?
No. emoGlow offers supportive, research-informed parenting guidance. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you or your child need professional care, please contact a qualified professional.
The app isn’t working. What should I include in my email?
Your device and OS version, the app version (Settings → About), what you were doing, and a screenshot if you have one. That lets us reproduce most issues on the first try.
